reached the academy at ard 11 to help Andrea out.. i thought there wont be much models to do since it was so early.. but i was so wrong... didnt even have time for a break until 1pm..

after the show ended...

bad news: i'm still sick.

good news: i dun have to be in the show!

apparently, i'm the 'door bitch' for that night so i wont be able to be in the show. meaning to say that i dun have to bleach my hair, wont have to spend hours combing out the hairspray and of cos that stupid walk! gosh i really dun like it...

but i'm bummed cos i wont be able to dress up.. oh well, xmas is coming soon.. i'll be able to then...

have to be at the academy in the morning for the prep followed by the actual show in the evening.. i think it starts at 8pm over at St James..

anyhoo i gtg to bed.. night now.

i'm sad. i dunno why. i'm sick too.. i was walking thru esso just now sniffing away.. and i felt like a fucking junkie.

urgh i feel so pek chek.

the weekends cant come fast enough.. thank god its alr thurs.. if i have to suffer another week of stress, i swear i'll kill myself.

I PASSED MY NATURAL INVERSION!!!



this is roughly wat its like... according to my seniors/colleagues this is the hardest haircut of stage 1 assessments.. YAY! 2 more cuts and 2 color for this week..

something weird happened.. when roy was checking the haircut, he said check carefully. So i started checking my nat inv. BUT somehow a very strong voice in my head kept saying "forward grad. forward grad." so i decided to go with it and touched up my fwd grad...

when roy sat us down and gave us our results, he said i made a careless mistake so i asked if it was my fwd grad, he actually said yes but luckily i managed to save it.. freaky huh..

stayed back after sch to rehearse for andrea's grad show.. soooo not fun. except for being behind the scenes, i'm NEVER gonna participate in a show anymore..

oh and ytd's launch went really really well.. i'm just gonna post a pic from it.. will upload more when ivan pass me the rest..

was in town so met up with the oldies and chilled at spin..

i just found out the theme for this year's xmas party and i noe exactly wat i'm gonna be..

muahaha

i dunno if i'll be able to get the accessory i need.. i'm planning to make it though.. just like i did last year =D

next week is my assessment week. me is very the gan chiong.

Collection launch tmr.. i gotta be at the Wella studios at 2pm and the actual show only starts at 730pm.

it was rather grand.. look at the sponsors: Dr Martens, Adidas, Velvet Underground, etc..

but we were all stuck backstage so i didnt even get a chance to see how the walk was! but i must say, the clothes are really pretty nice..

oh and check out the fucking long flight of stairs we had to climb.. we were half dead when we reached the top..







its so damn fucking long u cant even see where it starts or ends..

after finishing all the models.. we had about 3hrs of break cos we only need to do the touch ups just before the show starts.. which is at 7pm.. so i decided to give tomo a new look called "Cauliflower"

the family sitting next to us had a cake brought out by one of the waitress.

Nic: look, they have a cake. ee i'm not speacial anymore.
Me: ya. u're not.

the reggae band started playing at ard 11.. i secretly asked the waitress to bring out the cake.. so bout 20 mins later, after the band ended their 4th or 5th song..

band on stage(bos): Where's Nicole? Nicole from table 7? Its her birthday!
me: *points both fingers at nic*
bos: come up! come up!
the band started singing happy birthday, to my surprise, unreggaely

i took more pics from her cam.. they even took a polaroid of her and the cake when she was up front and gave it to her.. their service is pretty damn good actually..

anyway i had a GREAT day ytd.. had fun at the brunch and surprisingly at hard rock as well.. live reggae can be quite entertaining...
